4FATHERS ENTERTAINMENT

The company presenting the event is “4 Fathers Entertainment” which is a music and video production company and record label incorporated with the Secretary of State in 2009. The organization would like to host a charitable/ community appreciation event to honor public servants, military personnel and veterans as well as a tribute to Haiti Survivors. The event is more or less a benefit concert to bring awareness to Haiti victims and to celebrate life and the gift of living through music and song. We are planning to have 10 to 11 bands from throughout the United States and a headliner band or famous artist to perform at the concert. We are anticipating well over 250 participants if not a couple thousand people to attend. We are working throughout the city, state and the eastern United States to court sponsors. Some of these sponsors include 4 Fathers Entertainment, American Red Cross, American Veterans Affairs, Chase and several other companies as well. We plan or having a banner that simply lets the public know that they are attending a 4 Fathers Entertainment Event. The advertising plan is to put together a street team to distribute flyers and to get the word out as well as have a public relations committee in which we send out Public Service Announcements to local and national newspapers such as the New York Post, Daily News, Flatbush Life, Village Voice and others. We also plan on working closely with the Prospect Park Marketing Department to help spread the information about the event to garner as much participation as possible. We will also have an Internet interface and advertising to solicit public attendance also. We will have radio advertisements too. We will have food, CD, t-shirt and poster give-a-ways. If food is permitted, we plan on having a little bit of food but it will not be sold.

. We will reserve the park from 6am until about 8pm. We will have several informational tables from several organizations to educate the public about 4 Fathers Entertainment, Red Cross and American Veterans Affairs. The event is slated for Sunday, July 6, 2010 -or- august 7, 2010.
